Why it matters: In multi-step workflows, users can easily be overwhelmed or wonder how long until the flow is finally done. A progress indicator helps users to locate themselves. More importantly, it creates a sense of accomplishment and reduces drop rates.
How to test it: Check all the flows inside your product which include multiple steps to accomplish something. Then, make sure that progress is being displayed with an indicator.
