Fulfillment Policies
- Refund policy: Contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and you will get a full refund.
- Delivery policy: Members will instantly access the content after their purchase. A design retainer client will have their design delivered in 1-2 business days, depending on the scope of the tasks. More information about the retainer is here.
- Return policy: Our services are digital. We do not sell physical goods.
- Cancellation policy: You can manage your subscription from your Stripe customer portal, easily pause or cancel your subscription, view previous invoices, and securely update your payment methods.
